Applications : This is an impurity of Brivaracetam, which is a novel oral antiepileptic drug with a high affinity for synaptic vesicle protein 2A (SV2A) ligand. Brivaracetam is used to help control partial onset seizures in the treatment of epilepsy. Brivaracetam cannot cure epilepsy and will only work to control seizures for as long as continue to use it.
