Applications : This is a potent, selective covalent BTK inhibitor, it shows strong BTK activity (IC₅₀ = 4.0 nM) and high selectivity (ITK >250‑fold; EGFR >2500‑fold enzymatically; ITK >227‑fold; EGFR 27‑fold in cells). In a U‑937 xenograft model, it achieved 57.85% tumor growth inhibition at 50 mg/kg, supporting its further development as a new BTK inhibitor.
