Applications : BWA‑522 is an orally active PROTAC that degrades AR‑FL and AR‑V7 while antagonizing the AR‑NTD to block downstream signaling and induce apoptosis. It suppresses tumor growth in LNCaP xenograft mice and is suitable for mechanistic and therapeutic research in prostate cancer.
