Applications : Cangrelor is a potent, selective P2T/P2Y12 receptor antagonist with IC₅₀ of 0.4 nM against ADP-induced aggregation of human platelets. Cangrelor is used in patients undergoing percutaneous coronary intervention (PCI) to lower the risk of blood clots and heart attack.
