Applications : Capeserod hydrochloride selectively targets 5‑HT₄(e) receptors with sub‑nanomolar affinity (K_i= 0.6 nM) and functions as a partial agonist at 5‑HT₄(b/e) splice variants, increasing cAMP production (IC₅₀= 244 nM and 29 nM).
