Applications : CDD‑1653 is a potent and selective BMPR2 inhibitor (IC₅₀ = 2.8 nM). It reduces ATP binding to the BMPR2 kinase domain, thereby suppressing SMAD1/5/8 phosphorylation and downstream BMP signaling. It is useful for studying BMP‑pathway‑related diseases.
