Applications : Ceftazidime-d6 is a deuterium labelled version of Ceftazidime. This can be used as an analytical labelled reference standard. Ceftazidime is an antibiotic with broad-spectrum activity against both Gram-positive and Gram-negative aerobic bacteria. Ceftazidime is also effective against Enterobacteriaceae, including β-lactamase-producing strains, and demonstrates resistance to hydrolysis by most β-lactamases.
