Applications : Ceritinib-d₇ 2HCl is a deuterium labelled version an analog of Ceritinib, which is a second-generation, orally active, selective inhibitor of anaplastic lymphoma kinase (ALK). It blocks autophosphorylation of ALK, which inhibits downstream signaling proteins and prevents proliferation of ALK- dependent cancer cells. It is used for the treatment of non-small cell lung cancer.
