Applications : CFT8634 is an orally bioavailable, CRBN‑based PROTAC that selectively degrades BRD9. It consists of a BRD9 ligand, a CRBN‑recruiting ligand, and a linker, and potently suppresses the growth of BRD9‑dependent tumor cells. It is used to study synovial sarcoma and other SMARCB1‑deficient solid tumors.
