Applications : CGP-57380 selectively inhibits Mnk1 with an IC₅₀ of 2.2 µM and does not affect the activity of related kinases, including p38, JNK1, ERK1/2, PKC, and Src‑like kinases. This cell‑permeable pyrazolo‑pyrimidine compound is widely used to dissect Mnk‑mediated translational control.
