Applications : Chidamide is a synthetic benzamide-type HDACi which mainly acts as a class I HDACi (inhibiting HDAC1, HDAC2, HDAC3 and HDAC8 with IC₅₀ of 95, 160, 67 and 733 nM, respectively).
