Applications : This is a selective, orally active Chk1 inhibitor (IC₅₀ = 16.1 nM) that suppresses MV‑4‑11 cell proliferation, shows efficacy in MV‑4‑11 xenograft models, and exhibits synergistic anticancer activity with gemcitabine. It is used in studies of acute myeloid leukemia and colorectal adenocarcinoma.
