Applications : This is an impurity of Clobetasol 17-propionate, which is a potent, selective CYP3A5 inhibitor (IC50: 0.206 μM) that does not inhibit CYP3A4 or other major CYPs. As a corticosteroid, it is used in research on psoriasis and other skin conditions.
