Applications : Clozapine dihydrochloride is an antipsychotic medication used in schizophrenia research, notable for its high affinity for various neuroreceptors. It acts as a potent dopamine D2 antagonist with a Ki of 75 nM, inhibits the muscarinic M1 receptor and serotonin 5HT2A receptor with Kis of 9.5 nM and 4 nM respectively, and serves as a potent and selective agonist at the muscarinic M4 receptor with an EC50 of 11 nM.
