Applications : This is a selective CLR/RAMP3 (AM2 receptor) antagonist, showing pIC₅₀ = 9.21 at AM2 with strong selectivity over AM1 (5.86) and CGRP (9.07). It reduces pancreatic cancer progression markers, induces apoptosis in vitro, and extends survival in mouse pancreatic cancer models. This compound serves as a useful tool for pancreatic cancer and AM2‑receptor–related research.
