Applications : CMG‑002 is a dual PI3K/mTOR inhibitor, acting as a reversible, ATP‑competitive blocker of both class I PI3K isoforms and mTOR kinase. It suppresses PI3K‑dependent signaling and mTORC1/2 activity, leading to inhibition of downstream AKT/mTOR pathway outputs involved in cell growth and survival. CMG‑002 is used as a tool compound in studies of PI3K/mTOR‑driven oncogenic signaling and cancer biology.
