Applications : This is a 4,5,6,7‑Tetrahydropyrazolo[1,5‑a]pyrazine (THPP)‑based HBV core protein allosteric modulator (CpAM) capable of inhibiting a broad panel of nucleos(t)ide‑resistant HBV variants. In vivo, oral dosing of this compound reduced HBV DNA viral load in an HBV AAV mouse model, highlighting its potential as a promising anti‑HBV lead within the THPP CpAM series.
