Applications : CPI‑637 selectively targets the CBP and EP300 bromodomains, showing strong biochemical potency (IC₅₀= 0.03 µM for CBP; 0.051 µM for EP300) and minimal off‑target activity toward BRD4 BD1 (IC₅₀ = 11.0 µM). In cells, CPI‑637 engages CBP with an EC₅₀ of 0.3 µM.
