Applications : CZC‑25146 hydrochloride is an orally active LRRK2 inhibitor with strong nanomolar potency against both WT and G2019S forms. It also targets PLK4, GAK, TNK1, CAMKK2, and PIP4K2C. The compound protects neurons from mutant LRRK2‑induced injury, shows favorable PK in mice, and modulates AAT secretion and inflammatory cytokines, making it valuable for Parkinson’s and liver disease research.
