Applications : CZS‑034 is a selective PLK4 inhibitor with exceptional potency (IC₅₀ = 0.2 nM). It suppresses proliferation in multiple breast cancer cell lines, including MCF‑7 (IC₅₀= 0.36 µM), BT‑474 (1.35 µM), and MDA‑MB‑231 (2.88 µM), making it a valuable tool for studying PLK4‑mediated oncogenic processes.
