Applications : beta-Tocopherol is an analog of vitamin E, exhibits antioxidant properties. beta-Tocopherol can inhibit tyrosinase activity and melanin synthesis. beta-Tocopherol also can prevent the inhibition of cell growth and of PKC activity caused by D-alpha-tocopherol.
