Applications : This is a D-isomer of Ormeloxifene, which is a selective estrogen receptor modulator (SERM). Ormeloxifene inhibits proliferation of leukemia cells with IC50 about 7 μM, arrests cell cycle at G0/G1 phase, and induces apoptosis. Ormeloxifene induces differentation of myelogenesis leukemia, and enhances ROS production in K562 cells.
