Applications : Daporinad is a potent NAMPT inhibitor (K_i = 0.3 nM) that depletes NAD⁺/ATP, suppresses mTORC1–ERK signaling, induces autophagy and apoptosis, and is used in myeloma, liver cancer, and immunosuppression research.
