Applications : (–)-Dizocilpine maleate is the (–)-enantiomer of Dizocilpine and acts as a selective, non‑competitive NMDA receptor antagonist with a K_i of 211.7 nM. Although less potent than the (+)-isomer, it retains pharmacological activity and has been shown to produce antidepressant effects.
