Applications : Docetaxel is an analog of Paclitaxel, which is an inhibitor of depolymerisation of microtubules by binding to stabilized microtubules. It is used to treat a number of types of cancers. This includes breast cancer, head and neck cancer, stomach cancer, prostate cancer and non-small-cell lung cancer.
