Applications : This is an impurity of Donepezil, which is a potent, specific, piperidine-based inhibitor of acetylcholinesterase (AChE) that acts in a non-competitive and reversible manner. Donepezil is used to treat mild to moderate dementia associated with Alzheimer's disease.
