Applications : This selectively inhibits DPP9 with low‑nanomolar potency (IC₅₀ = 3 nM) and shows substantially weaker inhibition of DPP8 (IC₅₀= 0.6 µM). It induces dose‑dependent LDH release in THP‑1 cells, making it a useful tool for probing DPP9‑regulated cell death pathways.
