Applications : Droloxifene is a derivative of Tamoxifen and acts as an orally active, selective estrogen receptor modulator. It demonstrates both antiestrogenic and anti-implantation properties. In MCF-7 cells, Droloxifene induces the expression of p53 and promotes apoptosis. Additionally, it helps prevent bone loss in ovariectomized rats.
