Applications : Droperidol is a butyrophenone dopamine-2 receptor antagonist that blocks the activation of GABA(A) receptors and neuronal nicotinic receptors (nAChR), showing IC50 values of 12.6 nM and 5.8 μM, respectively. It is known for its anesthetic and sedative effects.
