Applications : DX3‑213B potently inhibits mitochondrial complex I with nanomolar activity and is orally active. It reduces ATP synthesis (IC₅₀ = 11 nM) and blocks the growth of MIA PaCa‑2 pancreatic cancer cells (GI₅₀ = 11 nM), supporting its use in exploring metabolic dependencies in pancreatic cancer models.
