Applications : This is a highly potent DYRK2 inhibitor obtained through systematic optimization of an initial virtual‑screening hit (IC₅₀ = 9681 nM). Potency was improved to 14 nM, alongside excellent kinase selectivity across a 215‑kinase panel. The compound robustly inhibits PCa cell proliferation and metastasis in vitro and shows high safety, good bioavailability, and strong tumor‑growth suppression in vivo, positioning it as a promising anti‑prostate‑cancer candidate.
