Applications : EED-226 targets the K27me3‑pocket of EED to block PRC2 activity, exhibiting an IC₅₀ of 23.4 nM in H3K27me0 peptide assays. As a potent, selective, and orally bioavailable EED inhibitor, it produces strong antitumor responses in xenograft mouse models.
