Applications : This is an analog of Ibrutinib, which is a covalent, irreversible BTK inhibitor that blocks B‑cell receptor signaling by targeting Cys481 in the BTK active site. It shows high potency, broad activity across B‑cell malignancies, and is clinically approved for CLL, MCL, WM, and other B‑cell cancers.
