Applications : Eletriptan-d5 hydrochloride is a deuterium labelled version of Eletriptan. This can be used as an analytical labelled reference standard. Eletriptan is an orally active, highly selective agonist for serotonin 5-HT1B and 5-HT1D receptors. Eletriptan suppresses neurogenic inflammation markers in rats, making it useful for migraine research.
