Applications : Emavusertib maleate is the maleate salt of the orally active IRAK4/FLT3 inhibitor Emavusertib. It suppresses NF‑κB/MyD88 signaling and lowers IL‑6 and IL‑10 levels, producing anti‑inflammatory and anti‑proliferative responses that culminate in apoptosis and measurable antitumor activity in vivo.
