Applications : Emlenoflast sodium selectively inhibits the NLRP3 inflammasome with an IC₅₀ below 100 nM. As a sulfonylurea‑based inhibitor, it effectively suppresses NLRP3 activation and is well suited for probing inflammatory disease mechanisms.
