Applications : Emvododstat selectively inhibits VEGFA mRNA translation, reducing VEGF protein levels through a post‑transcriptional mechanism, and also potently inhibits DHODH. With good oral bioavailability and minimal off‑target or myelosuppressive liabilities, PTC299 is well suited for studies exploring angiogenesis, nucleotide biosynthesis, and hematologic cancer biology.
