Applications : Encorafenib-13C,d3 is a mixed 13C- and deuterium labelled version an analog of Encorafenib, which is a highly potent BRAF inhibitor with selective anti-proliferative and apoptotic activity in cells expressing BRAFV600E (EC50=4 nM). Encorafenib is used to treat unresectable or metastatic melanoma with specific mutations.
