Applications : It is a deuterium labelled analog of Entinostat, which is a histone deacetylase (HDAC) inhibitor and exhibited potent anti proliferative activity, inducing p21(CIP1/WAF1)-mediated growth arrest and expression of differentiation markers (CD11b) in U937 cells. It is undergoing clinical trials for treatment of various cancers. It can be used as an internal reference standard in activity studies.
