Applications : Epetraborole (R)‑mandelate inhibits leucyl‑tRNA synthetase with submicromolar potency (IC50 = 0.31 µM), thereby disrupting aminoacyl‑tRNA formation and protein synthesis. It is applied in studies focused on multidrug‑resistant Gram‑negative bacterial pathogens.
