Applications : ES‑072 is a selective, orally bioavailable EGFR‑T790M inhibitor that triggers GSK3α activation upon blockade of mutant EGFR signaling. Activated GSK3α phosphorylates PD‑L1 at Ser279/Ser283, enabling ARIH1‑dependent ubiquitination and degradation of PD‑L1. This reduces tumor growth and simultaneously boosts antitumor immune responses. ES‑072 is a valuable tool for studying NSCLC driven by EGFR‑T790M.
