Applications : Esreboxetine is the (S,S)-isomer of Reboxetine and a selective norepinephrine reuptake inhibitor that elevates urethral resistance. Clinical data show benefit in stress urinary incontinence, achieved through increased urethral closure. Its pharmacology involves NET inhibition across central and peripheral systems, with peripheral selectivity contributing to its pronounced urethral effects while minimizing CNS exposure.
