Applications : This is a deuterium labelled version of Ethyl vanilin glucoside. Which is derivative of Ethyl vanilin. It is about three times as potent as Vanillin. It is used in the production of chocolate industry. Determination of Coumarin, Vanillin, and Ethyl vanillin in Vanilla extract products: liquid chromatography mass spectrometry method development and validation studies.
