Applications : Ethyl vanilin glucoside is derivative of Ethyl vanilin, which is about three times as potent as Vanillin. It is used in the production of chocolate industry. Determination of Coumarin, Vanillin, and Ethyl vanillin in Vanilla extract products: liquid chromatography mass spectrometry method development and validation studies.
