Applications : Etodolac is a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID) that inhibits COX-2; some of its antinociceptive and analgesic activities stems from its ability to also activate and desensitize transient receptor potential ankyrin 1 (TRPA1) channels. Etodolac also exhibits anticancer and chemopreventive activities.
