Applications : Fasudil inhibits ROCK1/2 with sub‑micromolar potency (K_i = 0.33 µM; IC₅₀ = 0.158 µM) and also suppresses PKA, PKC, and PKG at micromolar concentrations. Beyond its kinase activity, Fasudil acts as a Ca²⁺ channel antagonist and produces marked vasodilation, supporting its use in vascular and RhoA/ROCK‑dependent signaling studies.
