Applications : Fasudil dihydrochloride inhibits ROCK1/2 with sub‑micromolar potency and also suppresses PKA, PKC, and PKG at micromolar concentrations. Beyond its nonspecific kinase activity, it serves as a potent Ca²⁺ channel antagonist and produces marked vasodilation, supporting its use in vascular biology and RhoA/ROCK‑dependent signaling research.
