Applications : Fasudil mesylate inhibits ROCK1/2 with sub‑micromolar potency and also suppresses PKA, PKC, and PKG at micromolar concentrations. In addition to its nonspecific kinase profile, it acts as a Ca²⁺ channel antagonist and produces marked vasodilation, supporting its use in vascular biology and RhoA/ROCK‑dependent signaling research.
