Applications : This is a deuterium labelled version of Fedratinib, which is a potent and selective ATP-competitive JAK2 inhibitor, exhibiting IC50 values of 3 nM for both JAK2 and JAK2V617F kinases. It demonstrates 35-fold and 334-fold selectivity over JAK1 and JAK3, respectively. Fedratinib induces apoptosis in cancer cells and holds significant potential in research focused on myeloproliferative disorders.
