Applications : This is a covalent FGFR inhibitor. It potently and selectively inhibits FGFR1–3 wild‑type kinases and high‑incidence FGFR2‑N549H/K resistance mutants. It suppresses cellular FGFR signaling and shows strong antiproliferative activity in FGFR‑aberrant cancer cell lines. Orally administered, it demonstrates robust antitumor efficacy in FGFR‑amplified xenograft models (H1581, NCI‑H716, SNU‑16), inducing tumor stasis or regression. This compound represents a next‑generation covalent FGFR inhibitor with improved physicochemical and PK properties.
